The centerpiece of the enhancements is the revamped amenity kits, which now feature a collaboration with Thirteen Lune, a beauty retailer known for its diverse brand representation. The kits, available year-round, will include essential items such as toothbrushes, dental kits, eye masks, earplugs, and evolving selections of skincare products from high-quality brands. Limited-edition specialty kits developed in collaboration with diverse U.S.-based designers will also be introduced periodically to celebrate specific milestones and reflect the values of American's customers and team members.
In terms of comfort, American has paid close attention to customer feedback in redefining its bedding options. New pillows, specifically designed with dual-sided materials catering to customer preferences, and upgraded duvets and blankets are part of the new offerings.
