Croatia is introducing a new range of boutique hotels designed to immerse travelers in the rich stories of the country's cultural and historical heritage. With over 17 properties spread across key locations like Pula, Dubrovnik, Sibenik, and Cavtat, the Impresia Hotels collection offers a unique travel experience deeply rooted in local traditions.

These boutique hotels go beyond accommodation, each weaving its own narrative to allow guests to explore Croatia's landscapes, history, and cuisine. “We are proud to support the Impresia Collection, which allows American travelers to experience the essence of Croatia in a new way,” said Leila Krešić-Jurić, Director of the Croatian National Tourist Board. The collection's properties range from grand city palaces to secluded vineyard retreats, offering a diverse array of authentic experiences.

Unique Stays Across Croatia

From the Dalmatian Hinterland to UNESCO-protected historical centers, the Impresia collection offers off-the-beaten-path accommodations. Highlights include the Emotheo Heritage Hotel in the Dalmatian Hinterland and Martinis Marchi Hotel on the island of Šolta, which offers a serene island escape in a 300-year-old castle.

Celebrating Culinary Traditions and Regional Wines

Each hotel emphasizes local cuisine, with notable mentions like the Meneghetti Wine Hotel & Winery in Istria. Guests can savor award-winning wines, olive oils, and gourmet dining experiences. Michelin-starred LD Restaurant in Korčula offers a seasonal menu celebrating Dalmatian culinary traditions, served in an exclusive al fresco setting.

Historic Luxury and Modern Comfort

For history enthusiasts, hotels like Vestibul Palace in Split provide a rare opportunity to stay within the ancient Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Dubrovnik’s Hotel Kazbek, housed in a restored 16th-century residence, blends historical charm with modern luxury, offering an intimate stay just minutes from the iconic Old Town.

Sustainable Tourism and Local Support

Impresia Hotels is also committed to sustainability and community support through initiatives like the “Discover Our Stories” project, which provides hands-on training and professional development in the tourism industry.

With its blend of history, natural beauty, and fine cuisine, Croatia’s Impresia collection offers travelers a unique gateway to explore the country’s hidden gems. For more details, visit impresiacroatia.com.
