The Petersen Automotive Museum is gearing up to host the legendary Ford GT90, a vehicle that has enthralled car enthusiasts with its futuristic design and powerful performance since its debut. The Ford GT 90 started its journey on July 9; soon, thanks to a partnership with Hajek Motorsports and Reliable Carriers, visitors will have the unique opportunity to view this groundbreaking concept car for an entire year.

Showcasing a Supercar Icon

Introduced in 1995, the Ford GT90 was celebrated as the “world’s mightiest supercar.” It features a 720-horsepower quad-turbocharged V12 engine. According to Ford, the GT90 was capable of accelerating from 0–60 mph in 3.1 seconds, 0–100 mph in 6.2 seconds, and had a quarter mile time of 10.9 seconds at 140 mph (225 km/h). Top speed was listed as 253 mph (407 km/h). The GT90's sleek design and advanced technology positioned it as a bold statement of Ford’s capabilities and vision for the future of automotive engineering.
