As the leaves change and the air cools, Orlando turns up the heat with a spectacular autumn lineup. Over 93 days, the city will buzz with Halloween adventures, culinary delights, and cultural festivities, ensuring a memorable experience for every traveler.

Casandra Matej, the president, and CEO of Visit Orlando, enthusiastically shared, “From a taste of our dining scene at a discounted price to the Halloween thrills unique to the Halloween Vacation Capital, Orlando has something for every traveler this fall. Our lively local events, including our LGBTQ+ pride and Hispanic heritage celebrations, add to the diverse offerings.”

HALLOWEEN THRILLS 

Orlando, known as the Halloween Vacation Capital, promises a spine-tingling season. From world-class haunted houses for the brave-hearted to family-friendly chills, there's something for everyone.

  • Walt Disney World Resort is back with Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (select nights until Nov. 1). Highlights include the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular! at Cinderella Castle and Mickey's “Boo-to-You” Halloween Parade.
  • Universal Orlando Resort presents Halloween Horror Nights (Sept. 1 – Nov. 4) with 10 new haunted houses, including the much-anticipated Stranger Things 4 and The Last of Us houses.
  • SeaWorld Orlando offers dual Halloween experiences. Howl-O-Scream (select nights until Oct. 31) promises immersive fear, while the SeaWorld Spooktacular (weekends until Oct. 29) is a family-friendly daytime event.
  • And don't miss the Brick or Treat Presents Monster Party at LEGOLAND Florida Resort (weekends until Oct. 29) for a LEGO-filled Halloween celebration.

FOODIE EVENTS 

Orlando's culinary scene is set to tantalize taste buds this fall.

  • Visit Orlando's Magical Dining (until Oct. 1) showcases over 130 restaurants with three-course prix-fixe menus.
  • SeaWorld Orlando's Craft Beer Festival (until Sept. 4) boasts over 100 craft brews and specialty food pairings.
  • The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival (until Nov. 18) takes guests on a global culinary journey, with the return of fan-favorite destinations like “Hawaii” and “The Noodle Exchange.”
  • Vegan enthusiasts will love the Central Florida Veg Fest (Oct. 28), while the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic (Nov. 10-11) promise a street party of unlimited food and beverage tastings.

FALL FESTIVALS AND EVENTS 

Orlando's arts, music, and cultural scene will be in full swing.

  • Come Out With Pride Orlando (Oct. 21) celebrates the LGBTQ+ community with live entertainment, a colorful parade, and fireworks at Lake Eola Park.
  • Festival Calle Orange (Oct. 27) is a Latino experiential event, showcasing Hispanic culture with music, art, and authentic cuisine.
  • Fall Fiesta in the Park (Nov. 4-5) offers a blend of art, food, and entertainment at Lake Eola Park.
  • And for electronic music enthusiasts, the Electric Daisy Carnival (Nov. 10-12) returns with over 120 dance music acts and full-size carnival rides.
