On Wednesday, June 14, the esteemed airline will resume service from New York City's JFK Airport to Sydney, Australia, three days per week, ramping up to four days a week starting October 30, 2023.
This direct route from NYC to Sydney, with additional connections via Auckland, New Zealand, marks a significant increase in flight capacity between the U.S. and Australia for 2023. It's time for Americans to "Come and Say G'Day!"
"With this service, we expect airline seat capacity between the two countries to reach 88 percent of pre-COVID levels with 123 flights per week by year's end," said a representative from Qantas Airways.
