With starting rates at $1,200, this highly anticipated launch marks the debut of the only St. Regis property opening in the United States this year and the largest development on the island in over five decades.
Located at 1620 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, Florida 34228, the resort is nestled on 18 acres of beachfront paradise on Sarasota's barrier island. It offers exclusive access to 800 feet of private white sand beach and features 168 luxurious guest rooms and suites with ocean views.

The resort's amenities are designed to cater to every traveler’s desires. Guests will be able to relax by multiple pools, including a family-friendly resort pool, an adults-only serenity pool, and a secluded grotto with jacuzzi jets and champagne service. The introduction of the brand's first-ever Pool Butler ensures personalized service both in and out of the water.
Adventure seekers can immerse themselves in unique marine experiences such as swimming with stingrays and exploring the Under the Sea Lagoon, a 500,000-gallon habitat featuring local reef fish and two giant Aldabra tortoises, guided by the property's resident marine biologists.
