Luxury travel operator Abercrombie & Kent has announced plans to open the Kitirua Plains Lodge in Kenya's Amboseli National Park by late 2025. The news was unveiled by Kate Thompson, senior vice president of marketing strategy, during the ILTM Cannes trade show.

Named the **Lala Limpopo Sleepout Hide**, this unique accommodation is designed to provide wildlife photographers with an immersive experience, offering them a concealed vantage point for capturing stunning images of animals in their natural habitat.

MSC Cruises has announced the cancellation of three repositioning cruises scheduled for April, in a move to avoid the Red Sea and the Suez Canal. This decision comes in response to recent attacks on shipping vessels in the Red Sea by Houthi rebels in Yemen. These attacks have led several shipping companies to reroute their vessels away from this key trade route, opting instead for the longer journey around the southern tip of Africa.
